Overview

Meissner Filtration Products are designed for critical applications in biopharmaceutical, laboratory, and industrial environments. Due to the sensitive and controlled nature of these products, all sales are considered final.

No Returns

Meissner does not accept returns on any products once they have been shipped. This policy ensures product integrity, sterility assurance, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Sterile and non-sterile filters
  • Single-use systems and assemblies
  • Biocontainers and tubing sets
  • Custom or configured products
  • Opened or unopened items

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before purchase, including:

  • Product specifications
  • Part numbers
  • Quantities
  • Compatibility with intended applications

If you need assistance selecting the correct product, contact Meissner prior to placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify Meissner within 5 business days of delivery.

To initiate a claim, provide:

  • Order number
  • Product part number(s)
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Upon review, Meissner will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or corrective action.

Shipping Issues

Meissner is not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers. However, we will assist in coordinating with the shipping provider to resolve issues when possible.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
